Counselling Service was establish to serve the people of the Simcoe-Georgian Bay
Region.
A volunteer Board of Directors was formed consisting of representatives of the
business, financial, and social service communities to investigate the
possibility of the formation of a service in Simcoe-Georgian Bay Region,
patterned on the service of Credit Counselling Service of Metropolitan Toronto.
