Credit Canada is an accredited member of the Ontario Association of Credit Counselling Services and Credit Counselling Canada and has been a leader in providing credit counselling services in Ontario for over 40 years.

As part of the integration you will now be required to make your Debt Management Program payments to Credit Canada. Below are instructions for switching your payments to Credit Canada based on your current method of payment. We strongly recommend that you use Online or Telephone Banking.
Online and Telephone Banking
- Remove CREDIT COUNSELLING SERVICE OF SIMCOE COUNTY as a bill payee in your banks online/telephone payment system
- Add CREDIT COUNSELLING SERVICE OF TORONTO as a bill payee in your bank’s online or telephone payment system
- Continue to use your Client ID as your account number
- Please let us know if another person will be making electronic payments on your behalf
- If you have difficulty finding the bill payee try searching under CREDIT COUNSELLING then choose TORONTO
Money Order and Certified Cheque
- Money orders and certified cheques must be made payable to CREDIT CANADA
- Money orders and certified cheques should be mailed directly to:

- Prepaid envelopes can be acquired from your counsellor to mail payments
Debit Payments
- Debit Payments can continue to be made at the Barrie office at 4 Cedar Pointe Dr, Barrie, ON L4N 5R7
